Karen Sadler is a customer marketer with over 20 years experience in most sectors including retail, financial services, travel, telecoms, utilities, FMCG and B2B, as both client and consultant.

Karen’s marketing experience has been gained with clients such as Virgin, RBS Insurance, Airmiles, MoreTh>n, Centrica Group, Talk Talk, Carphone Warehouse, British Gas, The AA, Vodafone, Nestle Purina and Creation Financial Services. She has major planning and customer management roles in GE Capital including clients House of Fraser and Harrods, Thorn UK and Debenhams.

With a real passion for using customer understanding and insight to drive multi-channel customer growth and to deliver the promise of the brand: from customer strategy and planning, branded customer experience, project management, CRM solutions, and through to programme delivery across all contact channels and media.

Karen’s role is to ensure that the Purestone becomes a leading Customer Engagement Agency, communicating its expanding offering to new and existing clients.
