Purestone director gets on his bike for charity
JoGLE Charity Cycle
James Smee, E-Marketing Director of Purestone has completed a John O’Groats to Lands end (JoGLE) cycle in aid of the Royal Marsden Hospital Charity. Along with 4 others, known as Team PECCS, they completed the trip in just 9 days at the end of May and start of June and raised over £14,000.
Team PECCS took the on the challenge to cycle the 967 mile route from the vast landscapes of the highlands, to the Cornish coast. When asked about the experience James said 'It was disgustingly hard yet at the same time incredibly rewarding. Certainly the hardest physical and mental challenge I've ever faced. Never again."
