News \ SEEDA identifies Purestone for development support
Purestone, The Customer Engagement Agency, has been identified by SEEDA, (South East England Development Agency), as one of only a handful of businesses in London and the South East to be entered into an investment and mentoring program to help accelerate and shape its growth over the coming years.
Since formation in 2005 Purestone has experienced significant and steady year-on-year growth including being able to post positive figures throughout the last 18 months. During a time when much of its competition has struggled, Purestone’s compelling proposition, strength of client base and solid financial structure has enabled it to prosper in difficult market conditions.
Simon Butler, a principle Director of Purestone, commented, “What a great endorsement, for SEEDA to acknowledge what we do and back us in this way gives us great confidence. From day one we’ve been very focused on how we grow the business, but this kind of external support should really help us to accelerate growth in a structured and measured way. There’s a great deal of opportunity out there for emerging agencies such as ourselves, and our blend of strategic guidance and creativity through data has allowed us to really differentiate. We’re essentially a digital marketing agency but one with a number of significant differences. SEEDA clearly recognize our potential and the value in what we do so it looks like exciting times lay ahead – not that it’s been dull up until this point!”
John Cavill, entrepreneur and mentor for SEEDA added, “We work with businesses to drive sustainable prosperity and have selected Purestone because it is a high growth, digital business. SEEDA will support Purestone so they can take advantage of the economic upturn from a position of strength. We will provide high-level advice, expertise and leadership to promote economic development. Purestone are already well placed to make the most of future opportunities and SEEDA will provide the support to guarantee their success.”
